The Role:
Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, you will be responsible for providing a critical operational focus in supporting the complete and accurate records of all system users of the various Doutta Galla applications that are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- To maintain the overall record of system users set up for each Doutta Galla application used ("Systems Database") as part of ongoing operations, daily
- To maintain a confirmed employee register ("Employee Register"), in conjunction with the People & Culture team, as well as daily updates from each site location, with all changes updated in the register daily
- To complete updates to the Systems Database, effecting changes to the list of Doutta Galla system applications allocated to each employee, upon receipt of appropriate written approval
- To liaise with the People & Culture team and the Premier Network Services team each workday, to make sure all queries/updates/revisions are completed in the Systems Database and Employee Register, daily
- To assist our outsourced IT Management function, providing day-to-day onsite support in all IT administration and system requirements.
The Successful Candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field
- Eligibility to work in Aged Care in accordance with legislative requirements
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia, with a minimum of 1 year demonstrated database management experience, together with high attention to detail
- Excellent accountability in owning the system databases for each application, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, and that the role is seen as the subject matter expert in our systems management
- Strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise accordingly
- Excellent accountability in owning the currency of the Systems Database and Employee Register, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, and that the role is seen as the subject matter expert in our systems management
- Proficient IT skills, strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise accordingly
- High integrity and ethical standards.
